Non-Woven Process

According to different processes, non-woven fabrics can be divided into spunlace non-woven fabrics, needle-punched non-woven fabrics, melt-blown non-woven fabrics and so on.

Our HDL Group mainly produces spunlace non-woven fabrics and has 5 spunlace non-woven fabric production lines. The spunlace reinforcement process of spunlace non-woven fabrics is simple, the needling process is similar, but no needling needles; it uses multiple fine water jets generated by high pressure to spray the fiber web. The rebound of the net curtain is interspersed with the fiber web again, so that the fibers in the fiber web are displaced, interspersed, entangled and cohesive under the hydraulic action of the interspersed high-speed water jets in different directions, so that the fiber web is reinforced.

There are many kinds of raw materials for spunlace nonwovens, but not every fiber raw material can be improved by spunlace in combination with production process, product use, production cost and other factors. Among the commonly used chemical fibers, more than 97% of spunlace products use polyester fibers to improve the strength and structural stability of the products; viscose fibers are commonly used and common fiber raw materials, which have good water absorption, no pilling, Easy to clean, naturally degradable and other characteristics, it is widely used in spunlace products; polypropylene fiber is widely used in hygienic materials in contact with human skin due to its low cost, no irritation to human skin, no allergy, fluffy and other advantages ; Due to the cost of absorbent cotton and the quality requirements of the spunlace process for raw materials, absorbent cotton is not widely used in the field of spunlace, but the blended products of absorbent cotton and other fibers have been used in the fields of medical hygiene and wiping.
