Spunlace non-woven fabric is a kind of fabric made by processing fibers with spunlace. The fiber can be natural fiber, such as silk, hemp, cotton, etc.; it can also be conventional fiber, polypropylene fiber, acetate fiber, polyamide fiber, etc.; differentiated fiber, shaped fiber, superfine fiber, high crimp fiber, low melting point fiber etc.; and high-performance fiber carbon fiber, metal fiber, etc.
The spunlace method uses high-pressure fine water jets to spray the fiber net. Under the force of the water flow, the fibers will be displaced and start to entangle and cohere. That is to say, the fibers will be twisted into one strand and the fiber net will be strengthened. Therefore, spunlace non-woven fabrics are stronger than ordinary non-woven fabrics, and will not damage the flexibility of fibers, and have good air permeability.
